"Nel cuore di Bologna frutta e verdura fresche dell'orto. Zucchine sode e croccanti sia da mangiare crude in insalata come si fa in Toscana sia trifolate e soprattutto non "fanno acqua", quindi perfette. Le insalate sono fresche e gli asparagi ,compresi quelli bianchi, eccellenti. Che dire : provare per credere. Meglio un po' meno,ma di qualità."
